This Privacy Policy applies to the Hiva mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Prem Sai (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). This service is intended for use on both iOS (Apple) and Android (Google) devices and is provided as an Ad Supported service.
This Application is provided “AS IS”, and this policy explains how user information is collected, used, and safeguarded in compliance with global app store standards.
2. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Pages visited within the Application, along with timestamps
- Duration of usage and session activity
- Operating system (iOS/Android) and device type
The Application does not gather precise location data about your device.
For a better experience, certain features of the Application may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

- Camera access
- Microphone access
This data is collected only with your explicit consent via system permission prompts and is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.
3. Camera Usage
The Application may request access to your device’s camera to enable features such as:
- Capturing or uploading images for personal visualisation and affirmations
- Personalising user experience with custom visuals
Important:
- The Application does not use the camera in the background.
- Images captured are not shared or uploaded unless required for a specific feature (e.g., storing a vision board).
- You can revoke camera permission anytime in your device settings (iOS Settings or Android App Settings).
4. Microphone & Audio Recording
The Application may request access to your microphone to enable features such as voice affirmations, voice notes, and voice commands.
Microphone Usage Details:
- Recording occurs only when you explicitly start a recording action.
- The Application does not record in the background, does not record phone calls, and never accesses the microphone without your consent.
- You can stop recording at any time and revoke microphone permission in your device settings.
How Your Audio Is Handled:
- Processing: Audio may be processed on-device or securely sent to our servers/service providers solely to provide the feature (e.g., speech recognition or AI affirmation generation).
- Storage: Audio files or transcripts may be stored locally on your device or securely on our servers, depending on the feature.
- Sharing: We do not sell your audio or share it with advertisers. Data may be shared only with trusted processors under confidentiality agreements.
- Retention & Deletion: Audio data and transcripts are kept only as long as necessary for feature functionality. You may request deletion at ican.aivisualisation@gmail.com, and we will act promptly.
The Application does not use your microphone or camera data for advertising targeting.
5. Third-Party Access
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies. The Service Provider may share limited, non-personally identifiable data with these services to help improve the Application.
Third-party services used include:
- AdMob (Google) - For displaying advertisements.
- Google Play Services (Android devices only) - For core system functionality.
- iOS Services (Apple devices only) - Standard operating system services provided by Apple.
The Service Provider may disclose data:
- As required by law
- To protect user safety or prevent fraud
- To trusted third-party processors operating under confidentiality agreements
6. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process.
You can also revoke permissions (Camera, Microphone) anytime by navigating to:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy > [Camera/Microphone] > Hiva
- Android: Settings > Apps > Hiva > Permissions
7. Data Retention and Deletion
User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward.
Right to Erasure: To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact ican.aivisualisation@gmail.com. Your request will be processed promptly, typically within 30 days.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact ican.aivisualisation@gmail.com, and such data will be deleted immediately.
9. Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information and employs physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data on both iOS and Android platforms.
However, no digital transmission or storage method is 100% secure; use the Application at your own discretion.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
